It is a very good hotel. Here is a big pool(150cm deep) medium pool(120cm deep) childrens pool(40cm deep?). Here are beach partys and games. Here is room cleaner, she cleans your room every day.

A wonderful selections of activities to do here, both in and out of the building, including water slides and evening shows. Staff are generally friendly. Food is good in the evening, the a la carte food is surprisingly good, breakfast is OK and lunch usually consists of a small buffet outdoors of watery spaghetti, burgers, hot dogs or nuggets. Also, slightly frustrating that you can have unlimited food but there are times of the day without food being served. For example, lunch finishes at 4pm and dinner starts at 7pm. For 3 hours you're left without food which is difficult considering everyone gets hungry after all the activities and swimming.
The rooms are quite nice and cleaning staff are friendly.
Definitely more of a resort for large groups of people.
However, service is lacking in ways that make a resort 5 star.

Absolutely superb friendly and welcoming staff from Natalie , memhat Ali, Sadat and nayo from the animation team oops not forgetting Susan and manager from the kitchen team. Nothing was a problem all in all 5 stars. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for a great holiday. Room 4036..🤗

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. Next to a sandy beach with local bus service to nearby markets and towns.
Very clean and comfortable rooms. Food was plentiful and very varied.response / report this review
