I do NOT reccommend this hotel. We made an online reservation, we paid the room in advance with our credit card, but when we got there they didn’t have any free rooms. They moved us from hotel to hotel. We first got there at 12 o’clock, but they said to come after 2 pm. When we came back we found there were no free rooms, there were many customers in our situation. The first hotel they sent us to was very close but the room was not same quality, plus it had two beds, and I was with my husband. The second hotel they sent us to was even worse, thin walls, couldn’t sleep because of the noise and there was no heating system, we froze all night. DO NOT BOOK this hotel! I gave one star because there was no option for 0.

This hotel is honestly fantastic. Housekeeping is consistent and good at their job! The front desk staff are friendly and have good advice to offer you when you ask.
Restaurant has possibly the best food in the area and at a great price! Our waitress was lovely and helpful.
The continental breakfast is nothing amazing but this hotel easily makes up for that in every other department.
The spa is great, the food is great, the Wifi is great (relatively speaking), the rooms are well equipped and comfortable.
Overall i would 100% recommend this place if you want to visit Istanbul. Its close to the train to catch to Taksim, and all other popular spots in town.response / report this review -

location is good near transit like metro and buses ;breakfast is fine; some of staff were friendly. bathroom is small ; noise ; tv is small and the channels are too little ; there is restourant infront of my room singing all the night with high voices

Poor service at this hotel! The room wasn't ready when we got there and we had to wait half an hour for the room eventually we asked to be taken to our room when we got there it was still being cleaned! So the receptionist had volunteered to clean as well to speed up the process. The rooms don't look the same as the photos in fact they are stretched outvery deceiving! Poor quality.

A really small outdoor pool, nothing like the pictures, the rest is good, great restaurant, nice staff, very clean rooms, and the rooms look smaller than the pictures, great wifi.

Rooftop pool closed for ten days with no previous warning. They said they didn't have any rooms on Fridays while they did have many and eventually gave us rooms, and beds are very hard.
