  Great food and lovely rooms. One problem: I do not have good view from the window. Very good hotel for this price.

  Came here for a procedure, staff at the hotel very friendly, large spacious rooms, very clean, great breakfast available every morning.

  Very comfortable hotel, modern and clean (even though the sheets and pillows had holes in them). Great breakfast.
  I had two major issues with the hotel: 1. Every time I called room service it was busy. I had to run down and place my order EVERY time. Kind of defeats the purpose of calling it "room service" 2. The staff could be a little friendlier, especially in the reception area. One person working there never cracked a smile and made me feel unwelcome, didn't even thank me when I paid, he just accepted payment and turned around. Customer service is definitely lacking, so for those reasons I would not return to this hotel.

  Dirty Hotel wouldn´t stay there again, Pillow cover is ripped (didn´t get changed since at least 5 days). The Mugs for coffee don´t get proper cleaned or they got a bunch of cups where it is everytime at the same spot chipped. Air con is not working. The Breakfast is cold at 6.30 (it opens at 6:30) they serve Instant coffee for breakfast (if you are used to beans stay away) Unfriendly hotel personal. Some of the hotel guys knocked me out of the bed just to tell me that he at the wrong room. Should have stayed at the holiday bin across the street.

  Extremely friendly and attentive personnel. Delicious food in their restaurant. You get inspiration for city trips and a number to call in case you need help while on your city discovery. Had a very promising and positive impression. Any time again.
