Stayed here for a week as I had surgery and the service is a total mess. The Aircon didn't work properly, the reception staff were just a nightmare to deal with and the only reason I am giving them a 1 star is because I actually enjoyed my trip to Turkey but this hotel and the environment is just terrible. I often felt that I should of stayed closer to Istanbul because this hotel was just not worth the money spent

Low quality hotel at all if you want to give star to this hotel it will be 3 maximum
One more thing for every thing you do give receipt one by one ! Don't forget! They charge me 500 $ more when I came back and after my check out!response / report this review -

Not really the best of rooms but it's above average. Staff are friendly but the lack of knowledge of English is a big problem. WiFi is available as is storage of baggage after check out. Breakfast is also pretty good although they have the same thing everyday. Security is good. Wife stopped her earing in the bathtub and the maintenance person was quick to come and help retrieve it.

Nice looking hotel but v had the following issues.

Phones stopped working and despite being told that a tech is coming to fix it no one came.

we booked a room we paid we arrived there is was no room we asked for refund we asked to wait 3 months later we received no money the and teh chain of this scam is still unresolved and owndering how the boss of this establishment can expect to get away of stealing money from client like this

Very nice hotel. Everyone speaks English and I also heard front desk speaking German and Spanish.
The breakfast buffet is fantastic. They must have 20 varieties of cheese. You can choose the typical north American breakfast or you can go with a more traditional breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable.

A clean and regular hotel with polite and responsible staff. Transfer to Taksim Square and Jewel Shopping Center every 1 hour. An extremely delicious but expensive food in the hotel restaurant. The disadvantages are the impossibility of entering alcoholic beverages outside the hotel and expensive food and drink inside the hotel.

Very clean and organized place. excellent breakfast. sparkling pool ( a little bit cold). The standard room is not big enough for more than 2 adults but it is very comfortable. The TV set is very basic and the LCD is small compared to the modren standards. I found the location to be good to my taste since I dont prefer high traffic midtown areas.

We were there about 3weeks ago and it was great.
Everything was perfect. You will get what you expect. They gave us our room earlyer than we expected and it was very helpful for us because we were so tired after traveling.
Break fast was perfect and healthy.

The worst hotel in my life
Staffs are speaking English just some word. unfriendly and no respect. Manager trickster on our group.I've got horrible day in there.
I checked out first and I went to my friends room and than they said I use other room so extra charge I have to paid. we are foreigner so Yasin manager just said like this is rull. also reception staffs speaks Turkish each other in front me about that problem. I paid one night nearly 700TL

The quality of everything is good but not great and it's a clean and high level International hotel but the location is worst comparing to other hotels in this area and if you wanna walk to Taksim or Şişli, you need to take a taxi.
