  very clean hotel, only about the restaurants (there are two) I went for dinner (1st day) 45 min before close no buffet, fast service, very cold room.
  2nd dinner 2 hours before close, fix menu again, 2nd restaurant close again..,dessert practically came together main course and left on a side of the table.
  the missing fourth star to be given to the receptionists.

  Nice place. Comfortable and clean. All amenities.
  Transportation is a problem only access by taxi. Car or Uber. If you plan to rent a car is perfect place for access to high ways. If your plan is walk downtown must expend 20 usd of taxi each ride

  If you go to Istanbul, you have to choice this hotel! Very clean and very comfortable rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpfully. Especially the Concierge Mr. Tuncay. Thank you all.

  Exceptional hotel with affordable prices and amazing stuff!
  Awesome for large groups, has got conference halls, fitness and turkish bath possibility.
  The food is extremely nice and the restaurant stuff is incredibly kind.
  Your perfect host in İstanbul!
  Btw, very near to Viaport Venezia Mall.
