Very nice hotel, good service and very clean. Not 5 stars as it is under construction on the bosphorus side (but 'city' side windows are sound proof)

A good 4star hotel. One of best 4stars that I've stayed at in Istanbul. Rooms and everything are clean, staff are friendly and can speak English. Very good breakfast. And also it has good access to Taksim square and dolmabahce. I enjoyed it.

Nice place to stay, clean and tidy. reception are great (ask for Gozde) she speaks English very well if you need help, nice person and helpful. Breakfast is good. Highly secure and luxurious and have safety boxes at the reception and inside rooms.

spent 4 nights at this hotel in a family room it's quite clean and in orderstaffs are friendly and helpfulgreat breakfastbest location in the cityit was a real nice experience and I will definitely try it again!

Nice hotel. Very reasonably priced. Friendly Staff. Good Wifi. Decent rooms. Great breakfast. Only thing that I did not like was that there was no ironing board in the room. Only paid laundry and that too not available on Sunday.

Fantastic hotel in a great location with the most helpful and friendly staff. They make every effort to make your stay really enjoyable and give great advice. I will definitely be coming g back next time I am in Istanbul.

The staying in the Mercure hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable for us. We liked the location very much. The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. The room we stayed in was roomy, very well designed, and clean. If I come back down to Istanbul, I will be staying here!

Stayed here for business and then stayed for the weekend. Very happy with the rooms--modern, very clean, tastefully decorated rooms with nice extras. Tip: ask for a room on a higher floor some of the rooms on the lower floors overlook a work site. Lovely view from top and check out the lounge on the top floor. Even if you don't have lounge access there is a nice outdoor space on the top floor that is open to all guests with gorgeous views of the water and city. Easy 10 min walk to taksim and it was nice for the hotel to be a bit off the touristy path. Bottled water not included in room but you can hit Migros on other side of street on way to taksim or a grocery just few meters to left of main door. Great location, nice rooms, good price.

It’s a great place to stay, Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Rooms are clean and tidy. Well maintained hospitality.
I highly recommend the hotel to all. I would probably choose Mercure Istanbul Taksim Hotel next time as I have experience warm welcomes of the staff, excellent service and pleasantness of hotel crew.response / report this review -

Excellent hotel with excellent services. my suggestion will be they should add few Indian food items in the daily breakfast which will be convenient for indian people. They must also have a vehicle shuttle service for dropping the customers to the nearby market place or bus stop.
