  Absolutely amazing hotel. The staff were exceptional. Especially sedar and yilmaz. They went the extra mile for me. The view from the hotel room was amazing too. Nice clean affordable comfortable. Cant complain at all. Thanks again.

  Right opposite the Taksim Park, Near to the square with lots of Shopping places, Restaurants. Nearby metro station. Very convenient location. Clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

  I stayed here for almost a week for business, it was a lovely hotel and staff, nice breakfast but not much as choice. I didn't like that the wooden floor had a lot of dirty spots the same for the rage under the bed, it looks like they never cleaned it! but the the rest is clean and in good shape. but in my last day when the room service came to clean the room I asked her to come after an hour, but she never came.
  The hotel location is pretty good.
  There wasn't any space in the mini bar to put my stuff and they tried to add some drinks to my bill but i think it's a mistake.

  Very nice service. Rooms are efficient and contemporary stylish; seems must have a view - either Bosporus or Gezi, but I can only say Gezi for sure. Gym is very suitable. Spa is nice. Breakfast looked good, but I never went.

  THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT
  FRIENDLY STAFF
  GOOD ATTITUDE AND WELL SPEAKING ENGLISH AT THE RECEPTION
  5 MINUTES WALKING TO THE METRO STATION
  GOOD VIEW TO THE PARK
  THE ROOM CLEANNESS IS GOOD
  THE LIGHTING OF THE ROOMS ARE INSUFFICIENT
  AT ALL I GIVE 8 FROM TEN

  Great location with easy access to the public transportation, restaurants and bars very close, friendly staff, and amazing views from my room, overlooking the bosphorus strait and high rises.

  We like it. They made a cake for our first anniversary. Also, their staff help us with metro map route and tell us the easy way to get to the place that we want. We really like them and like the room with all facilities it have. I think they do have one big problem, which is it a poor buffet on breakfast.
