It was a good place to stay. Nice and confortable room. Only the breakfast was a bit not okay. I have arrived on the main occupation time, so some things were run out, and took time to refill. The fried eggs was not so good because it was from egg powder what i do not like but this is just my taste.

Nice hotel, decent, clean, quiet. The only concern is the size of the bed and the room.
The team are not friendly at all, I asked for trolley upon chick in, they gave it to me to take care of my luggage myself; I did and I put out side the room and found the next morning outside at the corridor the next day.

Skaming travelers through booking online sites with different rates making additional charges for no reason just to pay their rate in hotel. I hate the way they treated me.

Far from the centre of the city yet near to everything.
The security will inspect your.vehicle.before you enter inside but there is no one to check you once you enter the hotel although there's a scanner that you have to go into.

Receptionist are hard to accept and very demanding like a prison guard, as usual there's no smiles in Turkish hotels.

The barman was friendly and always goes the extra mile to assist. I was sick with cold one night and he told me that he has a good drink for my illness then he mixed lemon and other stuff in a hot drink which i had and made me feel better.

Rooms were very small compared to other Hampton hotels also the AC was so cold, the highest temperature it provides was 18 degrees centigrade and it goes down to freezing temperatures like 13 or maybe less.

Morning breakfast was nice and many of the crew were speaking English and at least in this hotel they said "Good Morning".

Initially given room was stinking of cigarettes although we asked for a no smoking room. Reception was very helpful and gave us a better room without any problems. Rooms overseeing the road can be rather noisy, so if you're sensitive about noise, ask for a room from the other side. Small but free parking available. Facility has very little to offer other than accommodation and basic dining options. Apparently a favorite spot for Arabic speaking eastern guests of the city.
