You better be careful, this hotel is rip off, they will charge you for your breath.
computer room not working.
customer service so terrible, there is only one person who deserve all the respect the lady that working at the front desk.
Gengiz guy or who ever they call manger he is a complete idiot, he knows few word in English, and he is acting like god.
The only bad experience I had in turkey is the hotel service, I only enjoyed a three stars hotel in Konya that provide better service than this five star hotel.
So disappointed, I would never come back to this hotel.
Funny part if you try to complain all sudden no one speak English.response / report this review -

We had visited at the weekend tour and stayed 2 nights at Baia. It is on the way to city center. We travelled by our car from the new high way road. It was quite easy to find it. But it is not on the city center and metro/tram station in fro t of the hotel is not working yet (under construction) So it is easier by car and taxi. It is next to a branch of university and on the other side of the road there is the fiat car factory. Ikea and shopping centers are close to hotel. There is an outlet center next to it easy for shopping. Bursa national bus station is also very near (for info)
Our beds in hotel were perfect.I had obe of my best sleep in the room. Dark curtains and quiet confortable room but bed was best as a 2m x 2m large soft bed. But ONLY 0-6 age kids are free as our kid was over 6 we paid extra for him. (EXTRA BED)
Hotel has a closed swimming pool spa fitness etc. Swimming pool was clean and nice (6 days of week available only fridays closed for maintanence)
The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. Species were lower than usual hotels have in Turkey. Breakfast is free included in the stay not the dinner. Coffee was served by waitress could be better if we could take it as other things at breakfast. Hotel has restaurant for having dinner but we preferred to eat out.
If you will stay at the weekend there may be wedding ceremonies in summer time so loud parties at the roof until midnight. We stayed 7th floor and could listen to the songs at 10th floor.
Else everything was nice we would prefer another stay.response / report this review -

Nice hotel but,yesterday I worked until 22:30, today sunday the service wake up me at 8:30 for minibar checking, after breakfast I tried to sleep again I put the pannel "don't disturb" but the cleaner wake me up knocking the door and getting inside my room.

I passed two great days in this hotel , a wonderful rooms with a panoramic view. The manner of serving people there its so perfect from the reception to the restaurant and the quality of foods in this later it's good .i left a sweet memories in bursa and especially in this hotel
