SCAM!! Nothing to do with hotel name Swiss!! Bewaere. This is not Swissotel or. Any. Subdivision just. fake and fabricated name. But Saudi owner and CHINESE Hotel Management company
dirty. hotel roomsnot. even sufficient heaters showers!! Very unprofessional services.((Swissotel just left Bursa after their 2 years management term .)) .Its not worth for this Catagory ..yes nice and vibrant area great historical building and spa but services are Realy lousy. Terrible staff are great they just try their. Best. but .HOTEL SUCKS

One of the oldest hotels in bursa. It is a thermal hotel that you can enjoy the spa. The interiors were said to be renovated but the bathtub was still old in my room and the furniture is old fashioned. The location is superb and had a great view from the balcony.

one year ago .. i went to this hotel and it was excellant wt great services .
At February 2018 it worsen .. you can notice old furniture , bathroom is not clean enough , standerd room is very small and no enough lights .
Also u should use taxi to reach the town center no services around the hotel " pharmecy or supermarket "
One thing is not changed alot breakast is still good .. I think this the last time for me to reserve a room in it .
Not deserve to called 5 stars hotel .

The hotel is your usual "Turkish 5 star". The room description and photos on sites like booking are misleading (rooms appear much larger on the pictures).
Personnel has, for the most part, poor English skills
Hotel itself is rather far from the downtown (again, despite the claims), public transport is ~15 minutes walk.
The view from the rooms is great
The climate control, at least during winter is fixed at 26 C min and thus room often gets quite hot, with only ventilation available from a balcony door.
Hotel restaurant is fine, yet more expensive than most other restaurants (including hotel ones) in the area.
The open swimming pool is small, more like your average household pool
The Spa is good, takes some getting used to, but is high quality

Good hotel, but the lighting in the night is not that good and could be dangerous because the stairs steps not visible in some areas.

this is hotel celik palas. they wrote everything here in arabic but here is usually a thermal hotel. if you want to stay in a historic atmoshere where you can enjoy delicious foods and hospitallity while you can feel ottoman kind of envorinment with touches of modern turkish republic. this hotel has been build with his excellency Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK's request. ATATÜRK the founder and 1st president of turkish republic also has a room in this hotel where himself stayed previously.
