  the hospitality of the crew was dissocial and infamy, no care no smile and no experience, i never ever choose this hotel

  Everything was awful service sucks we waited 5 hours to get our room staff are rude and disrespectful and not helpful rooms look different than the pictures not great in real life i dont recommend sheets are not clean and floor is super dusty i dont think it has ben ever cleaned

  A perfect choice , friendly staff and good breakfast , rooms are clean . In the middle of town just 5 mins walk to Taksim square.

  Excellent choice for tourists that spend most of their time outside the hotel. Prices are very competitive. The service was excellent. Rooms are relatively small. Tasty breakfast. 7-10 minutes walk from Taksim Square.

  The hotel is not bad!but I reserved a couple bedroom but the room a they gave us was a single bedroom and he said that we had arrived late. So we had to sleep on a small bed for the few days we stayed there!!!
