This hotel is straight garbage. We arrived saturday night at 1am, only to hear that we had to stay in another hotel further down the street. The guy behind the desk literally said, well I’ve worked all day and I dont feel like talking about this right now, sort it out with the manager in the morning
Called Booking immediatly and they assured me that we could stay in this hotel the next day.
Anyway, spend the first night in another hotel (also pure garbage) and arrived at Esen at noon, the next day.
Is the room ready? Yes sir, it is.here is the key, but it is in another building (almost went ballistic on the guy)It gets better, we walk up to the room in the other building, just to see that it is for 2 people, but we were a group of three. I drop the bags, walk back to Esen and went ballistic on the guy, demanding a room for three in the main building and all of a sudden there was a room available
We go to the fifth floor, carrying our own luggage, and when we finally get there, we find out that the toilet would not flush..
Anyway I could go on, because there was more, but in short DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTELresponse / report this review -

A central hotel in the hurt of Istanbul. The roof room has a fenomenal view, good for acomodation in the summer. Intersting and friendly

REZALET İnternet sayfalarına baktığınız zaman otel çok güzel görünüyor. Ama sizden parayı girişte aldıktan sonra, bir bahaneyle arka tarafta çok kötü durumdaki bir otele yerleştiriyorlar.

I loved the view from the hotel despite small rooms you can get to anywhere easily. Local market have great restaurants to eat and popular places like blue mosque are on walking distance.

The location is simply perfect. The price is very reasonable. The hospitality of the staff is as excellent as all Turkish people. The cleanliness is acceptable and breakfast is more than what you would expect for the price. But there is no lift in the hotel, the stairs will cettainly get you giddy and the room & toilet are very very small.

Teras katta tek kişilik odada kalıyorum. Manzara iyi. Tek sorun asansör sesi. Motoru sanki odanın içinde. Her çalıştığında uyanıyorum.

3günlüğüne tuttuğum Otel odamı başkasına sattılar. Benide başka bir otele yerleştirdiler komisyon karşılığı. Çok üzüldüm para bukadar mı insanlığımızı satın almış.

the best deal for your money,excellent location very close to all major attraction, friendly staff, and if u get room 601 or 602 u will get a view to kill for. go for it
