Was here for 3 weeks & wasn't once acknowledged by the staff on reception.the colleagues in the restaurant were friendlier ..however the food on offer was not the best .would not come back to this hotel however love the area & the weather was fantastic

7 day holiday spent more money looking else where for food to avoid food poisoning aswell as a urinary infection from the pool .
Raw and cold served up on a day to day bases. Blood from chicken the main concern in regards to food. Serving up the food from the previous night and constantly cold. Heating stations turned on when food is placed in them to safe on energy I guess. This is resulting in a top up meal at least 2 times a day at the bar across the road that has a nice selection of turkish meals.
Inside pool never open even during the 2 days of rain which is probably a good thing as the outside pools look disgusting and haven't been cleaned, filtered or ph tested during my stay once.
The slides being turned on vary from when they remember there meant to be on out side of the pitiful time allocated to them. This pool seems to be the dirtiest as there is layers of grime build up that can be carved out with a finger nail.
The bars are semi open depending on many factors from the staff being untrained , ignorant and just to stubborn to serve some one politely trying to ask for a drink aswell as thanking them.
The guy on the bar that wears a leather faux jacket is the worst maybe the language barrier but he refuses drinks or plays dumb.
The girls are and the suave guy are probably the best as they are always smiling and polite regardless of their terrible working conditions .
One of the young lads clearing the pools was raiding some ones wallet the one day that he found rather then turn it in to the reception to which my friend suggested they took it to the reception desk. The following day the same young lad was clearing the tables by my lounger and he started demanding a tip for which I'm unsure as it was neither my rubbish or my job to do his work for him. ( I clear my own rubbish and don't expect a tip from the hotel staff.)
Severely neglected
The wood attached to the raised bit of the pool area mainly the bridge is severely water damaged to the point of touching it results in pieces crumbling off.
Cake service as detailed on the daily schedule hasn't happened.
Chefs or what ever meant to be in their apparent white t-shirts have little to no training . Showing signs of frustration when they have to cook a fresh batch of food while smoking just out side of the area they are cooking food.
Arguments amongst chefs happening frequently.
Running out of beer and syrup for drinks .
Their is hardly any mention of the gym which is some ways isn't to bad be it a little run down.
Free weights up to 10kg dumbells ez bar with random weights up to aboit 25kg each side. bench, multi gym, running machine and cross trainer
Tennis court is inaccessible as it's over grown and as a result neglected .
The outside gym area is quite good but over run again with growth .
The kids park is neglected and fun down.
The beach connected to the hotel is 5 minutes walk with food, cold fizzy drinks and hot drinks available.
Wi-Fi can be hit and miss depending on time and location . I found the balcony and the adjacent floor to be the best if not the bar across the road has free connection if you ask for the password .
Music comes and goes depending on who is working entertainment staff wise.
Always pushing for night out at the club in alanya before other entertainment is mentioned .
Furniture in the pool area is disgusting and heavily damaged.response / report this review -

Ужасный,ужасный отель! Никогда сюда не приезжайте,если цените качественный отдых! Реально я бы дал этому отелю максимум 2 звезды. Ужасная еда,кругом грязь,в номерах отвратительно убирают,каменные матрасы. Позиционируют его,как семейный отель,но детям кушать НЕЧЕГО! Аниматоры с развлекательной программой не заморачиваются,она у них тупо одна,КАЖДЫЙ ДЕНЬ! Обслуга совершенно ни на что не реагирует. В бассейне детям купаться нельзя,сразу получат кишечную инфекцию. Кругом грязь,общие туалеты вообще не моют,вонь и горы..ну сами понимаете чего.. С дуру взяли путёвку в этот отель на 18 дней. Пять! суток ребёнок спал на матрасе,на полу,т.к. не было номера с кроватью! Когда сняли простынь с этого матраса,пришли в ужас! Фото его ниже. После трёх суток разборов с туроператором(Корал тревел) и пр@#ных денег за связь(10 тыщ руб), пустых разговоров и обещаний, передача фото,т.к. вайфая на вилле нет!, решили идти обычным путём,для стран "третьего мира". Вопрос решили после взятки админу в размере 50€. После этого нас поселили в номер с кресом-кроватью для ребёнка и общей площадью номера,включая туалет и коридор 12 кв.метров! В столовой,впрочем как и везде в местах общего пользования, не включают кондиционеры, просто открыты все двери и от этого полная столовка(рестораном ЭТО назвать,не пишет палец) мух, жара везде,только в номере можно укрыться. Мясо в рационе отсутствует,только соя и пережаренные куриные грудки. Овощи второсортные,от которых пучит живот. Из фруктов арбузы и дыни,ужасные яблоки и сливы, и апельсины,"паданка" из сада этого же отеля. И всё! Мороженое и прочие прелести пяти звёзд отсутствуют, как явление! Заявленый минибар в номере,это две поллитровые бутылки воды в холодильнике в день!!!Когда обратились к гиду от "Корал тревел" и начали ей всё это рассказывать и попросили её на всё это безобразие взглянуть,получили ответ: мне это вообще не интересно! Её имя, Анастасия,гори в аду,.!!!! Вообщем ужас можно описывать и далее, но просто поверьте и не приезжайте сюда НИКОГДА!!!!!

Добрый день! Отдыхали мы в этом отеле недельку, в июнь-июле 2017 года. Сразу пройдусь по + и - данного отеля
Начнем с +
1. Красивый интерьер отеля
2. Хорошие номер (кровать 2х спальная, кондиционер, шкаф купе, холодильник, тв, душевая кабина. Wifi ловил в номере (хотя писалось, что только в лобби)
3. В отеле тихо, и на пляже тоже.
4. Персонал. Что касается персонала, он отзывчив и готов помочь. Около половины персонала говорит по-русски.
5. Территория отеля. Территория маленькая, но сделана симпотично. Ее разбили на зоны отдыха. 1 бассейная ( 1 бассейн, 1 легушатник, 3 водные горки), 2 апельсиновый сад (в нем можно покушать, и спрятаться от солнышка. 3 спортивная(несколько тренажеров)
А теперь приступим к -
1. Пляж! Он ужасен. С маленькими детьми,да что там говорить, взрослым войти с берега не реально. Берег рефленый, бугристый. Плавать только с пирса. Про чистоту воды, я вообще молчу. Рядом с пирсом, идет прокат водных утех, так вот, вся вода и часть пляжа покрыта мазутными пятнами.
2. Расположение пляжа. Будем честными, не первая линия. Ближе ко второй. Идти до пляжа 7-10 минут.
3. Питание. Не знаю к чему его отнести. Все питание однообразное,пресное,безвкусное. Да, шведский стол, но не 5* отеля, максимум 3 *.
4. Уборка. В отеле сказано, что уборка каждый день. Нет, это не так. В лучшем случае через день, а то и через два.
Подводя итог, и впечатлени об отеле, могу сказать, что в него мы не поедем.
P. S. В отеле есть хамам и спа процедуры. Мы их не посещали. Оценивать их не можем.response / report this review -

This is most definitely not a family resort. The hotel was appalling, my children could not eat there and although we was all inclusive we had to eat out every day. The hotel is 90% Russian people and they cater just for them in terms of food and entertainment. One evening my 5yr old son was playing on an entertainment machine outside in the grounds, the hotel staff came out and said we were making too much noise although it was only 10pm! Another member of staff proceeded to come over and unplug the machine, although my partner had just put money in it. My son began to cry and my partner then said that was unfair, especially to treat a little child like that. The member of staff who claimed he was security, then pulled a police baton out and started waving it at my partner and said if we didn't go to our room he would hit him. It was absolutely appalling behaviour, especially infront of my two children who were distraught. Our holiday experience was a nightmare!!! Could not wait to be home in England.

Hayatımda gittiğim en kötü hotel. Geldiğimizde odada havlu ve sabun yoktu. Odanın temizliyor bitmediyi için bizi gelir gelmez yemeğe gönderdiler. Yemekler hergün aynı çeşit idi ve tadı bayat gibiydi. Denize hiç giremedim çünki kayalık dı. Elimde olsa 0 verirsim.

Отдыхал с 10.09 по 23.09.2016. Кухня конечно разнообразием не отличается, но чувство голода не наступало ни разу). Все вкусно. Бассейны чистые,до моря не далеко. Уборка в номере ежедневно. Вход в море с берега очень плохой, но есть пирс, с которого удобно нырять и заходить в воду. В общем отдыхом очень доволен. Советую.

Grund:
Wir haben uns in dem Hotel Clubs Konakli zwei Zimmer gebucht für 8 Personen.
Eines Tages (5. Tag) Klopfte der Mann von der Rezeption bei uns. Er boxte gegen die Tür.
Wir waren zu 4. in einem Zimmer (kurz ohne Eltern). Natürlich öffnet man einem (Fremden) Mann nicht die Tür wir riefen sofort unsre Eltern an. Schon als unsere Eltern da waren Platze dieser man einfach zu unserem Balkon.
Gab mir und meiner Schwester die volle schuld irgendetwas raussgeschmießen zu haben (Alles Klar). Schon allein der Gedanke daran das ein Mann gegen die Tür haut ist vollkommen Gruselig. Also ich würde Familien mit bis zu/ab 4 Personen abraten hier her zu kommen. Ich werfe dieses Hotelzimmer niemals wieder buchen.

I spent 6 weeks in this place, so I had enough time to experience very well what the hotel has to offer. The building is quite new, the staff very kind, helpful and friendly. There are three swimming pools, but the main one receives direct sun light only in the mirning. The food, offered in the format open buffet, is OK, even though it becomes repetitive after a while. The sea is within 8 minutes of walking. Overall in very happy with my experience.
