Stayded here for a week. Very good location, close to the the city center. Rooms are small and pretty basic (eg. only one plug for whole room), but they are clean and the price is also not bad. Staff is very kind and helpful.

Very nice crew, at the heart of Taksim district, price is cheap (35 Eur for private room with private toilets). Rooms are VERY basic.

For one or two nights it's okay to stay at this hostel - although it is not that cheap at all. 15€ a night for a super tiny personal room with five beds...
I would recommend everyone to check AIRBNB for a private apartment if you plan on spending more time in Istanbul.
