A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT 👎🏻 ❌❌❌Although it’s overlooking on an amazing castle and breath taking sea the food was almost un edible. they brought us an expired white cheese which was turning yellowish and smelly . They didn’t bring us fresh bread .just 4 packed small bread on the table not enough for the five of us We ordered eggs but they didn’t bring it though we called them several times to do so. We waited and waited but the service was very ignorant and they charged us the eggs which we never saw nor ate . If there was a rating lower than one star I would definitely put a ZERO . Oh , & We left the restaurant half stomach empty .

One breathtaking istanbul sunset watching spots. Historical garden by the Bosphor, gulls stealing your bread and total atmosphere meets good service and reasonable prices in menu.

Service - requested 3 different drinks with all 3 unavailable (apple tea, lemonade, fresh orange juice) Waitstaff were rushing to pack up around us and wanted to clear plates with food on them. Felt unwelcome.
Food - menu stated a pizza was vegetarian with pepperoni?! When I asked if they could remove pepperoni, the waitress brought out a frozen pizza and said this couldn't be removed
Price - this is the only reason I gave 2 stars. It's a cheap restaurant next to a beautiful view. But it's obviously cheap due to the frozen food component.

Sadly, this cafe does not seem to want to serve some customers. We sat ourselves on a table waiting for a waiter to take order for more than 10 min. No one came despite cafe was almost empty. We called on two waiters: one clearly ignored us despite she was doing nothing and the other pretended he was very busy with a nearby table (serving them tea only !!!). We left after getting no attention. Read the rest of reviews you will see same complain.

Perfect scene of İstanbul. Foods and tea, Turkish coffee tasty waiters are not bothering you every two minutes to offer drink something. I do not know better place than here to be relax in city.

They got the order and they said afterward that they thought i was just asking about the menu;;;; they just gave us the drinks and we waited for food more than one hour. When they realized that they got the wrong order they just asked if i still want the food now. They didnt even say the word sorry and their attitude was so rude.
