The worst "all included" hotel I have ever been.
Food is terrible, bad taste and bad presentation, swimming pools are too small for so many people, it is not possible to get bottle of water, internet connection is disabling to many times, disco room looks like a dark room, to small, In my opinion it is NOT an all included hotel, only four food a day and limited, long queues to get food, alcohol only to get in the hotel not at the beach, 3 types of white low quality drinks, Vodka, Gin and Raki, only till 23:00hrs ice for soft drinks is limited, “”””rooms , are clean”””, but you have to ask for shampoo and then you get a very small bottle of it about the service.., only few crew are kind, 70% are not professional, the rooms are divided in in two parts, leaving room and sleeping room, only the sleeping room is airs conditioned, for late travelers when you check-in you have to ask for some food, you get a "sandwich" like chewing gum. At the breakfast you have to pay for orange juice.
Positive things: rooms are clean, Hamman is very nice but very expensive in compare with hammams outside the hotel.
Private beach is 700meters away and you have to pay for drinks.
We had a lamp in room 411, not posible to swuitch off, we mwntionned 4 times at reception, lamp is still switched on
Hotel is at 6 km from main city, My recommentation is to look for a hotel at Cleopatra beach,

OMG the worst hotel, worst vacation ever!!! Basic check-in takes at least 45 minutes, the beach and hotel has 500 meters walk. Although it's all included, it's not in the beach, you have to stay in the hotel, if you want to drink beer. You can drink water or juice in the beach area!!! I don't want to mention about the size of the pool! We have bigger pool in our apartment complex!!!!
Forget about enjoying the food, they are only edible, you can only survive by eating them. Rooms are so old, you have to pay deposit for AC remote control, God sake how much this remote controls, what happens if 10 of them lost per yer or month. Does it worth for that bad reputation.
Overall, it's the worst hotel, I have ever seen and experience! If you want to enjoy your limited vacation, pay little bit more and go difference hotel.response / report this review -

Blue wave its a very good nice hotel, they make it new for renavition in 2014, very beautifull good and very nice staff ,personal very kind, good cleaning and good food, more better than 2013.
A++ the bulding they make it new, shopping and beach very near, and market every monday by blue wave hotel.
thank you very much ble wave, it wash nice to see you again, and for helping us for everything, they are very helpfull, thank you nur hayal questrelation, she is very helpfull and kind .
we are sure coming back soon next year

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Beautyfull pool. Eat is good. Miniclub is super! We had a great time here!!
