Very good but there is too much food. You could legit be a homeless guy and walk into the buffet area everyday without getting caught. Apart from that amazing service,food and decent slides and swimming pools for both men and women. Would definitely go again.

Fantastic place, nice staff. Bit far from airport but worth it once you get there. Went there with my son in October 2017 for a week, I still had a visa so went again with my sister last week :-)
Would recommend for families. Rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. Masjid is tranquil. Good variety of food.
This time there was some renovation taking place so quite a lot had been changed and some areas were inaccessible. There is work going on at the beach side and restaurant, but everything still continued without any problems.
We had room issues (mini disco was a bit loud), the reception staff were very helpful and showed us a few rooms, but we decided to stay on the 3rd floor, and it was ok.
Wasiq who speaks Urdu/Punjabi was very helpful on both occasions and is a good peoples person who will go out of his way to help the guests.

Lovely place. Halal food. In house mosque. Good selection of food. Management / Staff need to understand importance of talking English to communicate with guests. Hotel needs refurbishment. Hotel needs to serve English breakfast tea to cater for international guests.further it will be nice to English breakfast too.

Located right nearby the beachfront. It has airconditioned rooms with a satellite TV and balcony.
The spacious rooms at Bera Alanya Hotel come with modern furnishings. They feature private bathroom with hairdryer. A seating area is also standard.Daily breakfast is served in buffet style at Hotel Bera Alanya. The hotel’s restaurants offer traditional cuisine including salads and appetizers. You can also enjoy various pastries at the patisserie.
The pools and spa facilities are separate for men and women, and they include a hot tub, Turkish bath and sauna. Massage services can also be provided. There is also a children’s playground on site.Only a 1-hour drive from Manavgat Waterfalls, Bera Alanya Hotel is 10 km to Alanya town centre.

Have just stayed here this week and will check out in 2 days
Our stay has been fantastic and an amazing experience at a beautiful hotel.
Room - The standard rooms come with a double and single bed But the sizes are huge compared to UK need sizes and extremely comfortable. Great decor, AC and balcony with great views. TV is small and the channels are in Turkish.
Staff - Everyone is friendly and go out of there way to help you. About a third of them speak English and all of the reception/relations staff are multi lingual. Granted English isn't fluent but communication is not difficult at all.
Swimming pools - Water parks are great with good slides for adults and children alike, although music is loud it's not overly so and if you ask they do turn it down. The outdoor pool is cold in October, but once you're in, you're in ;)
Cleanliness - Everything from hygiene, rubbish and games are well maintained with lots of things to do.
Beach - Private beach with lots of waves and seating area.
Food - Quality is amazing and there is something for everyone. It's not for one particular culture and the quality is always fresh and presentation amazing. Food is available from several places including pool side and is all you can eat from 7am to 11pm
Spa - Better quality than most UK spas and the Turkish baths are great. Pool is warm and jacuzzi is of great quality. The Sauna and Steam room are always clean and maintained.
Treatment - I had a coffee bath and massage and it was amazing. Experienced massiure who was really friendly I think he's called mesut. Great ambience and relaxation rooms.
Shout out to Wasiq and all serving staff/chefs who really do look after you.

Nice food great hospitality fantastic slides and a lot of slides for the kids almost like a water park lots of kids areas great price.
Negatives: (there aren't much) towel service is just at the pool and not attended.
The beach is great it's exclusive but no drink service.
Great for families with kids but maybe not so for couples who want to chill out quietly there are kids everywhere in saying so rooms are quite.

Great hotel!!! Delecious food, big buffet full of variety. Very nice staff, they are welcoming and gentle the pools are amazing and the slides are nice. There are special pools for women and others for men, in addition to kids' pools.
Also there is access to the sea and deck where you can sit and enjoy the sun or even the moonlight!
Very recomended 👌 plenty of fun especially the night shows..response / report this review -

This place needs improvement to be rested as 5* Hotel..
We have visited the Hotel in May 2017, where we spent 10 nights the Hotel its pretty big, my option is that the owners haven't sent enough money to keep the place shining example, so unfortunately it needs money spending to be rated 5* Hotel.
Our bathroom was leaking from few different places and no action was taken even though it was reported straight away from our second day!!?
Food was good , but not excellent! We live in London and Turkish restaurants here are to die for with fresh Turkish meals and specials they do its incredible tasty and fresh , it wasn't the same in this Hotel, i thought a lot of it was rushed food included frozen food whitch it was shame to see when u are in Turkey !!!
Music was not great, most of it Night club music in a Islamic Hotel ?!!!
Groups of womans with non Islamic dressing made u feel uncomfortable and Not Halal Holiday, again Management and owners shall make a decision and rules with regards to whom can stay in hotel and rules that need applied for a "Islamic Hotel"
Well so many questions and no much answers from the whole think hope it improves otherwise i wont go back there and so many others who have chosen this place for a Islamic Hotel, other than that thay will have different coustumers but not The ones who are searcging for Truly HALAL Place.

Excellent one week stay. Great with family and kids. No alcohol is served in this hotel. Ladies have fully private pools, slides, sauna, steam room, spa, indoor pool and jacuzzi etc.
No loud music and troublesome guests as this is family orientated. Amazing foodresponse / report this review -
