To be honest, we didn't pick this hotel ourselves. Instead, it was suggested by our travel agent, and we agreed without doing much research. Eventually, this ended up being one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. First of all, the concept is quite unique as the hotel rooms are actual (still man made) caves. Moreover, the concept was well executed as the rooms were spacious, well decorated and properly supplied. The breakfast area was on the top floor providing magnificent view of the town. Second of all, it's family owned and operated, which allowed us to deal directly with people who have vested interest in running a successful business. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. They all spoke fluent English.
Lastly, the breakfast was great (wide selection of fruits, vegetables, cheeses, breads, sweets as well as cooked to order eggs).
There were a few other small things that made this experience very positive. For example, we wanted to go for a hike, but didn't have any ideas or transportation. So they suggested Pigeon Valley and gave us a ride to the beginning of the trail.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. And I would also encourage to reach out to them with any questions about your visit to Cappadocia as they can give good suggestions.

Fantastic cave hotel in a great location in Goreme. Very friendly and accommodating staff, who took great care of us while we stayed there. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Cappadocia!
