  Very spacious rooms, good wifi in the room
  , perfect locations, great services by Omar & Jay , beautiful views from the room and roof terraces of the hot air balloons in the morning. Great breakfast selections too.

  We had a wonderful time staying here. It is rustic in the sense that you are staying in a cave. It rained while we were there and had a little mishap with water leaking from the roof, but they quickly fixed it when we notified them. The owner is wonderful! We got to Cappadocia and realized we had forgotten our daughter's epilepsy medicine at home. He sent one of his workers to the pharmacy for us and got some to cover us for our stay. We were grateful beyond words for such hospitality!

  Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was tasty. Most importantly the staff were fantastic, they helped with everything and made sure that we made the most of our limited time in Kapadokya. I genuinely felt like I was at home with my family! Highly recommend it!

  We stayed at the hotel for one night. It was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. "Jay" the manager helped us with some really cheap deals that we couldn't find anywhere on our own. He had connections with taxi drivers to tour guides at very affordable rates. We booked two rooms, a double room and a triple bed room. The rooms were both clean and and looked amazing. The triple bedroom had a Jacuzzi to add a nice touch. They have a beautiful terrace setup, from which you can see the most amazing view of the town. When my father was feeling too hot, they provided us with a fan for him. All the shops and restaurant are just down the road, maximum a 5 minute radius and all you need is there so excellent location. In all, I would give this place 10/10. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting capadocia. I know I would stay there again.

  hayatımda bu kadar yalancı ve dolandırıcı pis sorumsuz vede üçağıtcı bir otel görmedim fotolar başka oraya gidince kalıcağınız otel başka ha birde parayı bnm gibi önden öderseniz adamlar hangi odayı istediğinize falan takmıyor nasıl olsa paramızı aldık diye sizi istediği odaya atıyorlar müthiş bir kahvaltı dahil diyede yazmışlar orda kahvaltıda peynir domates bile doğru dürtüst yiyemedik çünkü koca otele 3 tabak kahvaltı hazırlamışlar gidecek olan arkadaşlara tavsiemm bu otelde kalacağınıza gidin sokakta kalın daha iyi. verdiğim para bu oteldekilernin çolugunun cocugunun ilaç parası olsun başka bişey demiyorum

  We had wonderfull time there.view from terrace was excellent in the morning to see all balloons while you are having your breakfast was unforgettable. The stuff wad very helpfull.lm happy that they organised all the tours and balloon flight for us and we didnt get any problem .Definitely recomend you and for sure we will go back there

  This is a small hotel with cozy rooms and nice decoration. Free wifi, coffee, bathroom amenities, hairdryer, slippers etc. All at a reasonable price. We had problem with a cheating person in Pamukkale, selling us a Cappadocia tour then refused to deliver services as promised. The reception of Goreme Palace Cave House helped us a lot and we appreciated his attentiveness and efforts though we didn't get our money back. We also couldn't get to do balloon trip because it snowed all over the place and was too windy. The hotel staff was kind enough to offer us a ride to the Open Air Museum instead and take us back to the hotel later. We would say the hotel's hospitality is exceptional.
