Warmly greeted by Mustafa the receptionist when we first arrived. He made a very good impression for us of the Turkish people. He explained everything we needed to know, and gave us good suggestions on which tours we wanted to go. After a great lengthy and detailed explanation on what he can offer us, we only needed to tell him what we want and the would book everything for us.
The other staff were nice too. Always smiling. Even though they do not speak English, they did their best to accommodate us. The location is GREAT, just a 5 minutes walk to the town center. This area is absolutely safe, not even once did I feel unsafe while walking back to the hotel even late at night. The rooms are huge and clean. The toilet floor is heated during cold seasons. I definitely enjoyed my time here.response / report this review -

The best hotel and the best staff who is Mustafa.
He brought us to restuarant by his car when it was rainging and even another hotel cause we have a lot of luggage to carry.
Moreover the hotel room is really unique and clean. The outlook hotel also really outstanding among the other hotels in Cappadocia.
If I have chance to come back here I will stay longer this hotel for sure!!

staff was friendly but it was just normal. the hotel didn't have conditioner and body lotion. breakfast was just normal turkish, nothing special. the location is quite good to go anywhere in göreme. keep that in mind so many cats there. my mom hates cat so it wasn't good choice for her.

This is an excellent choice for accommodation in Goreme or Cappadocia. The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us organize our tours as well as transportation to the airport. Our room was spacious and very "cavey". I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Cappadocia.

Cozy and Lovely. But the balloon tour they recommended was too expensive. You can find cheaper balloon tours by another route.

Amazing, awesome hotel! I can't talk enough about how good, cozy, romantic and calm this hotel is.
The staff there are the nicest people I've ever seen, they treat you just like you are the family friend.
The breakfast food is perfectly made by a local turkish lady she bakes everyday and everything is made organically, also you have the option of having other non organic food.
Every single room is air conditioned, free fast WiFi.

The best, warm, cool, exciting, action packed, 👌 perfect, quiet, sociable, chheeeaaaapppp place to stay. I am 22 and loved it!!! Surprise gift for my girl friends birthday. You must have a car to get around and see the whole area in your own time!, please go here. It's the best place I have been. Walked around and looked at the others and still have a very high opinion of this place. The breakfast is lovely!!!!!
