Provided feedback relates to our 2015 stay.
First of all - do not be deceived - the hotel's pretty tiny.
Altough we had a reservation for two 2nd floor rooms we ended up on the last floor before we could negotiate it.
Staff was decent, some of them tried to be polite and friendly.
It's very close to the Mediterranean.
Menu was pretty diverse and tasty, we've also had an opportunity to partake in a Turkish Night.response / report this review -

First of all - do not be deceived - the hotel's pretty tiny, and it bothered me the whole time, just because by photos it supposed to be much bigger.
Altough we had a reservation for two 2nd floor rooms we ended up on the last floor before we could negotiate it.

This hotel's pretty tiny, and that bothered me because by photos it supposed to be bigger, yet good experience, but I wish the receptionist knew English better, so we don't need to communicate in German.

It is advertised as 5 star resort but it actually it isn't:
- The food is awful: poorly cooked vegetables and semi-finished goods.
- Lobby bar doesn't close till the last client and you can hear the noises in every room. I'm not exaggerating. We switched three rooms in different parts of the facility and we could not sleep till 3 AM in all of them.response / report this review -

Dear manager at Galeri,
I'm writing to provide feedback on my stay at the Galeri last week. We loved the hotel - it wasn't too big, and by the end of our stay we got to know everyone.
It's very close to the Mediterranean, you could almost dip your toes in the sea from the poolside.
Food was delicious and menu diverse, it was hard not to over eat as we wanted to try everything. Ice cream was one of the best I have ever had and the oven baked Turkish filled bread (sorry I forget the name!) incredibly tasty. There was a lot of fresh fruit and veg which you don't always get elsewhere.
Staff looked after us very well and were very polite.
It was good value for money.
We certainly give it top marks, 5 out of 5!

the hotel is very correct but the staff and food more perfect all praise only gripe photographer in the hotel too expensive
