A wonderful place to stay. Had the pleasure last week and the service and attention of everyone was amazing. Totally recommend this place if you stay in Moscow.

One of the most posh hotels in Moscow. High security level , bullet proof glass. Piano player during breakfast, world class pastry, and a selecton of 10 different pillows, one of the best spa in the world. Suoer friendly and highly motivated personnel genuinely trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Great smile and great service at reception; excellent breakfast with lots of stuff to choose from. Room is a bit too ridiculously posh but you can sit at the window and enjoy the fantastic views. Bluetooth stereo system was helpful.
Sometimes there are pretty weird people at the hotel though, with their bodyguards telling you to stay away.response / report this review
