Good, fast service and delicious breakfast. Staff was very helpful and the rooms were very cozy as well. Overall, a great stay for a relatively low price.
Nice hotel. Good views.
Aged hotel. Breakfast was good. However, elevators, decor, and technology (WiFi) badly need an update. I was charged for printing documents, using computers. For the price, you can find a better hotel.
Supereb place near moscow river and ministry of external affairs russia
Very nice restaurant on the rooftop. A bit of Soviet chic, but otherwise great views and nice service
It is a normal 5 star hotel.
There is an exchange inside.
It located in a good area in the down town.
very very old rooms. Pretty much no one of the
staff speaks english. 4/5 for the breakfast
Amazing view, clean equipped room, good breakfast. Really enjoyed staying here.
Great place to stay during your tourism/business trip. Very good location, easy access to various shops/restaurants located around. Good service, comfortable numbers. Good view from windows during night with all the city lights around. The towels in bathroom are quite harsh and not pleasant to use, they are hard as a rock. Air conditioner is not the top choice, so not a big variation of temperature you can choose from.
Windows are locked without handles, so if you want to open & close one you have to call service every single time. Prices in restaurant area are expensive, but that's pretty much around all the places in the inner circle of Moscow, so can't complain. Place for tourists and stuff.
So overall, I would recommend this place, but I really would suggest bringing your own towels with you. They. Are. That. Bad.
Golden Ring Hotel is marvellously located in the center of Moscow, and this is a major plus. Arbat street is close by, lots of restaurants and places to do shopping are there too. The facility is a bit run down though, it certainly lived through better periods and would need a more modern touch. Rooms are a bit worn down, as furniture and accessories.
