I recently stayed 3 days at this Moscow hotel, finding myself very happy with my experience. My room was small but very clean. The continental breakfast was abundant and very varied. The convenient location to visit the cities. Positive Reviews and Recommended Hotel. @gargio76

Through thus email of mine, I would like to bring to your notice how warm and content I feel every time I walk in through the doors of Novotel Moscow City. The staffs have always been polite gently and taking the extra step towards providing that warmth that one expects from a hotel once stepping out of the comforts of their own homes and villas.
And had it not been for the overall impeccable flawless services be it the room service and house cleaning, enquiries at the reception, i remember especially the quality ambassador Yuliya who used to help us all the time irrelevant to the subject , I would not have been penning this down for you all.
This was my second stay at your hotel- first in August 2016 and then this in December 2016 with my secretary suggesting me to check in to Radisson Royal just across the river but I guess I have no regrets and remorse for having checked in with your Hotel. I guess I couldn’t have got more than this even with all their name and hold. I just hope you maintain the best standards that you have done until now and I get to of you people when I come again this May. Hope you guys prove me right the third time too.
It’s a good feeling being connected with good people who offer the best of the services with great vigor and class.

Novotel is a new development, placed in Moscow City CBD district, so it's NOT near the central part of Moscow. This is something that you might want to remember if you are here for holidays.
Either than that, it's reasonably prices, rooms are spacey and nice, wifi works a marvel, there is a massive mall nearby (Afimall) and two tube stations.
It'd be 5 stars if it wasn't a bit outside the main areas, really a great place.response / report this review
