Great Place to stay. Good staff. Not very fluent in english but still they make it work. However the breakfast service needs a bit of improvement and also the hotel wifi is sketchy.

Nice room, friendly and courteous staff was great. Service at the restaurant was agonizingly slow at times, at least just for my party. Other tables seated after us were attended to and served their food before our table, so we ended up leaving without having eaten except the basket of bread. Also, there's a disgusting sewage-like smell in my bathroom after the second day. No idea why it decided to manifest itself so suddenly.

Pretty good hotel happy with stays and helpful staffs with free wifi. Supermarket conveniently located diagonally across subway, with an English speaking mobile data shop at entrance. Data plans choices and pretty cheap too. Outside supermarket is a plaza. We enjoyed leisurely during these white nights.

Very good hotel on very good location near to metro and accessible directly to center in few minutes (10 max). The refurnishing would be great as the furniture is from soviet era, at least in style, but you would enjoy the big rooms and good equipment. Executive lounge is big plus.
One minus is that when in rush time, hotel is very crowded and its hard to even get an elevator + to check out can be a nightmare as hotel is very popular with China, Korea, Kazakh tourist groups and thus breakfast and reception areas are overcrowded. Maximum capacity is so exceeded some times you waiting even half hour to get to counter or more
Otherwise I do like the place just avoid those rush timesresponse / report this review
