Poor service. Far from Red square even they have Bus service. Bus should pick up at 1:30.
We wait there from 1:20 to 2:30, no any bus come to pick up us.
Reception guarantee that bus driver came at the time.but we wait at there.and no any hotel bus came..
No security for the hotel guest..anyone can catch this bus.no ask for hotel card no signature no ask for room number.very poor security and responsibility.
Choose another hotel better.
Breakfast not free.
Gym not free.

This hotel provides excellent value with very big rooms, modernly equipped. With the bay windows the view on either the financial district or the Ukraina Hotel is spectacular.
In the Club tower you can enjoy a very nice club lounge with attentive service

This is a Very nice and clean hotel. It is close to the metro station and some restaurants. The best thing in this hotel is that it is huge, consisting of 2 or 3 buildings that has been designed to have the entrance in the middle ofof the 3 buildings and also having more than 3 restaurants, a mini-market, Art and Painting shop, wedding haul and huge terrace all located in the first floor in middle of the 3 buildings. I strongly recommend this hotel.
