The hotel is nice, but besides smiling and being polite, the staff at the reception totally lacks problem solving skills / experience.
I checked out, then told the reception girl that I needed to point out something about the room, in private if possible (since there were other guests checking out near me). She was probably too young and unexperienced to figure out what I meant and finally refereed me to the concierge.

When I handed the concierge the pair of ladies panties that I had found in the top part of the wardrobe and told him that it did not belong to us, and most likely was forgotten there by the guest before, he blushed and had a shocked expression on his face, hardly managing to say "sorry" and asking me to repeat the number of the room.

Poor cleaning and even poorer complaint management.

Nice hotel in across from Kremlin and st basil. They added an awesome new park as well right across the canal. 2 good restaurants.

Excellent location near the Red Square. It has a small gym that opens from 7am. Amenities provided in the room. However they don't have kettles or iron boxes in the room - in this day and age!!

Great location, large rooms, friendly front desk staff

Not much vegan options at breakfast, no iron and kettle at the room

Above all a very Good property to stay at next to the kremlin

Very nice hotel with amazing services. It is less than 10 mins walking from the Red Square. However, it is very expensive!

A true five star hotel, luxury settings, well trained staff, good quality food. Loved my Caviar breakfast in the morning - a bit of a local experience (if you are czar that is)
