  Michael is an exceptional gentleman and immigration lawyer. We reached out to MY Law in Christchurch after seeing the many 5 star reviews and testimonials for my application of a Partner visa of a AEWV holder. Michael provided clear ,concise guidelines and invaluable advice during the application process. He is patient and even took the time to see us physically at his office.   I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. We first approached Michael in 2019 after having a visa declined by Immigration NZ twice. Michael was then successful in gaining our visa, and even appealed our declined outcome. Following on from this, Michael was successful in gaining our 2022 visa.
  
  Michael is extremely informative and hard working. Michael spent many hours promptly answering our countless questions, no matter how stupid they may have been. He supported us through the COVID-19 pandemic and kept up to date regarding the rapidly changing immigration policy. We greatly appreciate Michael’s help and we couldn’t have done it without him.

  We are really excited about our partner work visa got approved after 2 months. It really makes difference with the assistance by Michael and his team. We have twice declined visa history and we also tried other agency but Michael is really professional and he gave us very helpful advice. With his help we provided really strong living together evidence and all the details are reasonable. And he also works very hard and we lodged our application only in nearly 1 week. I would highly recommend Michael as your immigration lawyer!

  I have found Michael to be upfront and honest, and professional and reliable in his services. He can help with not only with immigration matters but with other matters as well such as buying/selling houses & businesses etc. I recommend him.
