Silver service ans food is amazing. Ezcellant fire pit outside undercover looking over and into Queenstown hidden away so tou have to know where to go to find it

The food was nice and well presented but in my opinion extremely overpriced. I was appalled at the Duty Manager when he wiped the table down after guests left with their used napkins and left the crumbs on the floor. The Duty Manager then reset the table without using any spray & wipe to clean the table down. Nobody seems to be taking ownership here, on this night the barman, the duty manager, the waitress all passed the buck on everything down to welcoming us, seating us, serving us to Shiraz. Leadership starts from the top and I think the lack of attention to detail from the duty manager is evident and this filters down to his team. The flowers in the vase on all but one table were well passed their use by dates and the water in the vases was dirty. I think it has potential but the service and attention to detail is missing

Good is OK, not great. The service is terrible, but we did come while there was a big party in the room. The view is pretty awesome, the outside terrace overlooks the lake. It's a convenient place to have dinner of you stay at the Hilton and didn't want to go out.

Very nice location, food and service very good. Worth getting a water taxi over from Queenstown if you're not staying nearby.

The rib eye was incredible (5/5). On the pricier side ($42) but well worth it. The wait staff were attentive without being overbearing. Beautiful setting. Ambience missed a certain je ne sais quoi. Now wow and slightly overpriced but recommended. Totally enjoyable.
