Most expensive burger was 17$NZ. Immediatrly took it and was not disappointed. Beetroot on top made it too delicious.

Great burgers and very good chips. Two vegetarian burgers on the menu which is more than I have ever seen in any other burger place! The only downside is that the place is a bit small and can get really crowded, especially on weekends.

This place is awesome. Super personable staff, tasty burgers, large portions and convenient location. You should eat a burger from here! I had some fries with special seasoning that were nice and a big burger with an egg on it that was massive. I split it with a friend who had something different but equally delicious.

Ideal rating: 3.25
Large portions for a good price. Friendly and fast customer service! Good variety of food options. Sub-par milkshakes to USA milkshakes. Actual description of milkshake: "chocolate flavored mousse/whipped cream." -R.C.
Connect4 board game was fun to play while waiting (that's how you know it's home cooked) I did lose though, not sure how the staff is to blame there, but they definitely saw my board and could have intervened.

There is furgburger, then there is red star. They both cure your junk food crave with full on grease and flavour, but red star wins by miles for great value and yes, there is no such overrated queue.

I stop recommending furgburger to people because of the over all experience. Yes the queue is a mood killer. But some people like it. Their burgers are also more expensive, just because they have queues Waiting in a queue for 40min to get fed is no fun, but some people like it.

So if u want to wait in line to take selfie just so you can tell people you went there, then go ahead. Otherwise, I will choose red star over furgburger anyday.

Always delicious burgers, and fast, friendly service. Usually go for the Caesar but thought I'd branch out and try the blue which was yum! Always go here when I get a chance to be in Wanaka. Keep up the good work!

I like to say best burgers in the Southern Hemisphere but a long way off trying all of them but definitely the best ones in the Southern lakes area. Very friendly staff, quick service and great food at a reasonable cost. If you go to Wanaka, make sure you get one!
