Simply one of the BEST holiday parks I've stayed at. Clean and modern facilities. Lots of land and a short walk the most beautiful beach.

One of the best showering facilities in the 12 days on the south Island. Great place and the lady on reception was really friendly and offered great advice (the lakes are well worth the diversion!!)

Ripoff WiFi, the wifi provider had metered the data to run out quickly, and the holiday park manager had been trained up to blame the devices you used. One bar of 3G cell coverage no data there ever. Don't believe the 12min from Oamaru, you would have to be well over the speed limit to do that in 12mins. Probably good for the fishing enthusiast, a cheap night's stopover for everyone else in the middle of nowhere.

Run by a gentleman who truly cares that you have a positive experience at his holiday park, I would recommend a night here to anyone. Close to the ocean, a little ways from town, quiet, and peaceful, this park was great. Clean and modern amenities as well!

We had a twin cabin, was nice and warm, great value for money and a great location near beach with many shells and beautiful river. Great stopping point between Christchurch and Dunedin
