The space is small in comparison to Victoria park. Walked it in 15 mins. I personally won't be bringing my dog to this park again as for the length of drive to get here to the enjoyment. If there was more space to walk with dogs under effective control I would come back for walking. It's only got one star for the views!

Amazing views of city below, wonderful walks and my kids think the huge slide at the park is the best thing ever!

Incredible asset to Christchurch. There is a brilliant playground with views over the whole of Christchurch, walking tracks, separate dog walking areas and some really extreme downhill mountain bike tracks. The rangers do a great job of keeping the place in check and Gravity Canterbury help maintain the biking tracks. The only thing it'a lacking is a green bike route through the park for mountain biking beginners.

Absolutely incredible sights from the top of the port hills. Perfect for adventure, a romantic stroll, or walking your dog. Highly recommend visiting here to look it over the city and relax.
