I've always thought that the mark of a good business is not what they do when things go well, but how they respond when things go wrong. I placed a relatively large order with Vendella, it was filled and shipped quickly, and I could track the parcels on their way to me. Most of what I received was correct, and of good quality. However there were some items that were not what I ordered, or were the wrong size - only a small fraction of the order, but enough for me to want it fixed. An initial email to them was not replied to, but a phone call very quickly sorted this out. They paid for shipping back the incorrect items, and the new items were shipped out immediately. Mistakes happen - but in my case the customer service was excellent, and I don't hesitate to recommend this company.

We chose Vendella as they were reliable, sadly this is no longer the case We have orders with Vendella that are still outstanding six (6) weeks after being ordered. These times are not acceptable in business.
We have now gone with another commercial competitor who can supply items in a timely manner.response / report this review
