Solid facilities and infrastructure. Lots of stove tops available in the communal kitchen area. Location is very close to the town centre. The staff were very helpful. A bit pricey for non-powered van, but you get what you pay for.

Great facilities, close to the centre. Not the best view, but none of the sites have that here. Very friendly staff.

This is a nice facility but it is literally next door to the train track. We were woken multiple times during the night by the trains, which were sitting, while running, right behind our room. Additionally helicopters take off behind the park too. Everything else was great.

Great campsite, walking distance to town, shops, bars etc. Very clean toilets and kitchen. Excellent facilities such as hot tube, games and TV rooms.

Nice campsite overall. Big kitchen area, decent toilets and shower facilities. Shower was nice and hot. Wifi OK speed, 250 megs a day free per device which is a pretty decent allowance for NZ. Site well maintained and clean. Only downside we had was large groups of teenagers there for several nights. Whilst not noisy they did dominate some of the communal areas.

Nice place, they have a hot tub but it was fully booked. The facilities are clean and they have a game room with tv, pool table, baby-foot and air hockey. Unfortunately all games have some parts broken The cue ball of the pool table was chipped for instance

This place has the best hot tub ever! It's beautiful and gives you an amazing view on the mountains. Perfect place to watch the sunset. They also have a heated pool, but it definitely wasn't heated, it was cold. There's also very few toilets, but the facilities are great and spacious. This is the place to stay in Kaikoura!

Excellent, friendly staff. Nice rooms and blankets. Pool on sight, hot tub has to be reserved by the front desk. Definitely recommend!

Decent cabin but they charge for bedding. The kitchen was minimally equipped. The showers were newly renovated and very nice. Location a bit off the main strip but close enough. Probably the least impressive of several top10s we visited but it does the job.
