  Good coffee and absolutely gorgeous food. Staff is all very very friendly too. I've always had a good time here. Favorite dish is the chicken liver, but most dishes on the menu are good. Just be careful when you have special needs on coffee or food, make sure the staff understands what you need.

  A generally safe option, though with nothing too exciting or special. Coffee is okay, though they should really explore getting a better blend than Gravity Coffee. The Upland Big Breakfast is tasty enough, though as an overall dish it is quite dry. Cabinet food and slices are good.

  It's OK: 3.7 seems pretty right assessment and I would give it 3.5.
  Long black came pretty well extracted - but could do with a better blend than Gravity as it hardly works for a decent espresso or long black.
  Flat white is just too milky as the cup is too big (more like a latte).
  Still probably the best coffee in the hood.

  Takeaway coffee is tasty, gravity beans done well. Full-bodied roast. Friendly staff.

  I liked the decor and funky lamp shades, food was tasty and well presented, good coffee, nice to see the owner working in the business too.

  Very unhelpful staff, average food, overpriced for the quality.
  Had a conversation with the male barista about my being vegetarian and dairy free.
  I asked for a veggie samosa three times, as he asked me which one I would like three times.
  When my meal arrived, it was the mince meat samosa.
  Though the meal was changed I will not be coming here again.

  Dropped in for a quick Aussie bacon and egg roll and the chef made his own kiwi version which was certainly made with love. I'd come back to New Zealand just for another onecoffee was great too
