Contacted regarding a repair job. Chris provided an initial quote, but when I tried to follow up for clarification about water proofing and warranty terms there was no reply. I tried for two weeks by email and phone (only getting to voice mail). I can understand that you may be busy, but please don't send a quote and then not response. I would have rather been told the job is either too small or they were too busy for it as opposed to chasing for no answer.

I would give Chris and his guys 10 stars if it were possible. If you want friendly, prompt and professional service with a smile then Chris is your man. Will be using him in the future for any other roofing work.

Chris and his team replaced old and worn out iron roofs for my buildings at Epsom. He did a meticulous job, which went beyond the call of duty. His team were always helpful, tidy and professional and most of all, cleaned up the site after they finished.
Chris has as organized team and one has only to trust him with the job and you will always be delighted. He is now our friend and I recommend Tyson Roofing very strongly for your roofing work.
