Great company, great job replacing and upgrading part of our roof with roof insulation added, polite and efficient staff, no bla bla bla, no loud music, excellent end result with final inspection by their hands on departmental MD, thank you and highly recommended, Antonius Blockhouse Bay, Auckland

Had our concrete tile roof restored and repainted, roofcare did a great job. Competitive price, quality workmanship and products. Really happy with the end result and would recommend them to others.

2 stars are for 30 tiles changed even 15 on quotation(what roofcare told me) Not good experience this time. Job is quoted 1/7/2019. Deposit about same time. 1/2 roof done about 4 months later because quotation address is no11 ( 11 is ground floor and 13 is upper floor). Fight to get whole roof done about 4/5/2020 and leaking 2days after. Do not want to come to have a look because quotation is only for no11 AGAIN. Owner comes on site today fixing the leaking. I ask to put no13 on the original quotation as a condition of payment. Got it. Bad customer services except the owner, nice guy. By the way I did had 10 years good experience with before 2019. But not this time.

Tried to convince an older relative of my mine they needed the whole roof replaced for over $12,000. There was nothing wrong with it at all. I stepped in and stopped it. AVOID.

Wow, worst customer experience ever, were not even interested in the problem/request with roof. I had heard this outfit was bad, but I can now comfirm it. Stay away!

I own a commercial property which was re-roofed by Roofcare in early 2014.
The roof recently leaked (April 2017) and I contacted Roofcare to ask them to investigate.
I spoke to Mr Skelly, the business owner and he was most unhelpful. It seemed he was determined NOT to risk finding that his company needed to repair anything under warranty, so he took great pains to supply reasons other than their workmanship, which might be the cause.
When I tried to reason with him, he hung up.
Their work may be good, but their after sales service is non existent!response / report this review -

Great company to deal with, very punctual and professional. Shaun Maxwell quoted the job and gave me a compressive report on my roof and answered all my questions. Good work ethics from their scaffolders lead by Andrew to Alan who did a complete restoration of our concrete roof – water blast fix / replace broken tiles re-and pointed the roof. I highly recommend dealing with this company. Apparently the owner is coming over to inspect the job very impressive.

A property with a concrete tiled roof in Mt Albert, owned by my father had very damp walls in a couple of places, we knew this wasn't right, so we called on Roofcare to come and give us a free roofcheck.
They arrived, reported on the problem and quoted for remedying the leaks. The team were very prompt, did a very good and cost effective repair job for us, and followed up with a moss treatment. The roof was very mossy, and we've noticed over the months the moss is dying as we were told. Be aware that killing the moss isn't an overnight thing, it takes time and you may need more than one application of moss treatment like we did, depending on the severity. When you get the owner turning up on a Saturday afternoon to offer some free advice, you know you have found a brilliant company. Kelly then proceeded to get on the roof, found and fixed a leak and gave me very sound advice.
I heard his advert on ZB and wished I had acted sooner. Amazing service.

Kelly is passionate about ensuring that your roof is maintained professionally. I have concrete tiles and the grout does need checking every few years to make sure that leaks don't do major damage to your internal framing. Be aware cheapest isn't always best when it comes to you roof.
