Your ads crack me up; this morning you reached a new height.about voting and the US electionyou nailed it and I was laughing so hard I scared the dog and nearly ran the car into a tree down in Devonport.
If you ever do work down on the Mahia Peninsula I have a home that needs gutters and a roof and from Gisborne to Napier I can not get anyone to get the job done.response / report this review -

Many thanks for the great job done re-roofing our home.
You were timely with the quote and even though Alert Level 4 caused a delay, your team were there promptly as soon as you could. Ronald and the others in the roofing team were very respectful, easy to communicate with and professional. The workmanship was of a very high standard. We were also so impressed with the efficiency and neatness on completion of the job.
We are pleased with the result and would have no hesitation recommending Riteline Roofing to others.

Recently we had our roof replaced by Aaron and his guys and we are more than happy with the work done. We found the men very friendly and efficient and hard working, and we would not hesitate to recommend the company.

I used Aaron and his crew from Riteline Roofing to re-roof my house on Waiheke Island. I found Riteline to be very professional to deal with, reliable and efficient and they did a great job leaving the job site clean and tidy. I live in Australia, so dealing with companies back in NZ sometimes can be a leap of faith so I am very happy to say I can highly recommend Aaron and his team.

The job was delayed so many times by their contractors not turning up. This went on for an extended period during which communication was non-existent and our calls were not returned. On top of that, the work was substandard! The contractors had to return a number of times to bring the job to an acceptable standard. Months later, this has only recently been achieved. Impossible to communicate with, and then because I refused to pay the account on time, because of their incompetence, the Director didn't like it! She expected payment ASAP after they mucked us around for 3 months!!

Riteline recently worked on our new build in a rural area. Their knowledge and advice on the correct product for the conditions and the surrounding environment was of the highest quality. While we are not greenies we wanted something which would blend in, with-stand the salt air and complement the house. All of this was achieved with Riteline with ease. We would welcome Aaron and his team back anytime. Thanks Mark

Most frustrating company I've ever dealt with - either haven't returned calls or we've had to wait days - and when finally getting hold of the required person, to check a leak that was supposedly fixed by them but is still leaking, making an appointment which my husband had to leave work early for - he simply never turned up with no real explanation.
When trying to sort something with their office personnel and being told different stories by different people - we're told by a rather rude director to find someone else to fix it, they're too busy.
