I have just returned to New Zealand after 10 years overseas.I am very pleased to see that Trek and Travel is still providing the excellent service that I experienced whilst living in Hamilton. The best customer service I have ever had in an outdoor shop! I look forward to shopping there again soon.

I’ve never had service like this at a tramping store. I needed new tramping boots - Ayla asked all the right questions, I could take a little walk in them before deciding. It’s a big investment and she was super patient and gave great advice.

Fantastic shop, highly recommended. The team are passionate about hiking and the like and know the gear inside and out.

The first stop for all things outdoorsy in Hamilton. Visiting here provides an adventure in exploring a range of amazing stock. Knowledgeable staff are helpful. Love my new tramping shoes!
