  Utterly and totally incompetent …. just don’t use them.
  
  First go at installation resulted in installer not reading the plans and having glass fence put in wrong place, not sure how, as it was a replacement for existing one. Deck had to be replaced in areas where footers were installed in the wrong place.
  
  Second go at installation resulted in shattering of glass panel into pool, neighbours property and everywhere else in between. Installer said “he made a mistake and hadn’t put in rubber insert” resulting in the shattered glass panel (circa 1.5m x 1.2m). The real (big) mistakes only then happened when trying to “clean up” this horrendous mess, with glass shards contiuously traipsed throughout the lawn (rather than taking off their boots), which was just perfect for my young children to play in, and the pool cover was completely destroyed when installer mistakenly rolled it up (pieces on pool cover then embedded into both sides of cover). Installer then jumped into pool to “recover” all the shards of glass (without thinking he may embed them into the liner??!!), told us he recovered everything, though only missed a cupful of glass shards!! Pool had to be emptied twice, though pool lining is not designed to do so, as a result lining got all messed up and had to be replaced, this nightmare went on until resolved a year later, with us missing out using the pool for large amounts of time.
  
  They now won’t talk to us, return our calls or service our gates, apparently because of the hassle, cost and inconvenience we caused them!!
  
  Negative stars would be the right rating of this business, but this isn't possible.
