  Absolutely terrible! Cannot stress this enough - broke FIVE objects and promised 100% payback on any damaged items we waited ONE ENTIRE YEAR AND A HALF and they NEVER PAID A SINGLE THING! Constant lying and lying, so many emails, so much time and money wasted. Renee Tuhikarama was the manager - VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. We live in Auckland and as soon as our job was completed and we told them about the broken goods they said the auckland branch was running out of money and was going to shut down and therefore they could not pay us back!? It was a total of $1500 and they cheated us out of our things and the money they promised. They said they would pay back out $1500 and then said they were broke. Would not answer ANY CALLS. Terrible lying company, definitely do not recommend. Don't trust these people unless you want to have your things broken, lose money and have to go to court.

  No star would suit. I'm not happy at all This so called hassle free company damaged my brand new house, it's taken 3 weeks to get hold ov management and Steve told me it's not his problem. My insurance company says he should fix it because thats what they pay insurance for. Why should I make my tenant pay for what they did It would only cost the company $150.00 to fix what they did. But he's making me do a insurance claim at my cost ov $550.00. So for that reason they deserve this review.

  I have the best part of a decades experience in the professional Furniture Packing and Removal industry and in that time worked alongside Steve Taylor. I cannot say enough of the level of care, diligence and commitment Steve displayed and it is no surprise at all that he has 'gone to the next level. Top bloke with an eye for detail that I'm positive will be part of Total Care's mission statement.

  My wife and I used Total Care to move us out of our house and back again. The whole experience from the first phone call to having the last box delivered back home was outstanding. If your looking for a removal company don't look any further.
