I had to give them a star unfortunately. If you do use these jokers, make sure your insurance more than covers any damage. When your things have been damaged, don't hold your breath for an apology, you will merely be informed to make a claim. Very little care is taken by warehouse staff and even less care is given by the pen pushers in the office.

Really impressed by the service and the staff! We had them pack and store our belongings in Auckland then deliver and unpack in Christchurch. They came promptly to pick up the cartons and paper to recycle once we'd unpacked. Awesome to work with - we highly recommend the Chch team especially - thanks guys!

Terrible. We used Allied Pickfords to relocate us from Brisbane to Christchurch. On arrival in Christchurch a number of our boxes were missing, which I informed Allied Pickfords of. Their first response was that we should be prepared to put in an insurance claim. Their procedures for logging and checking off boxes were not followed during collection or delivery.
In the five months since this time, we have not received a single phone call or apology from Allied Pickfords. I have had to chase them up every step of the way, to no avail. Worse than the fact that they lost our property has been their failure to acknowledge it and their lack of response since that time. We have lost items which we will never be able to replace. I would not recommend Allied Pickfords in Christchurch to anyone.

Faultless such a nice friendly team, everything professionally packed, no chance of a chip or crack in anything, they really are very careful movers. The site posed lots of challenges, it wasn't an easy one but the team were strong and took great care.
