It's in the center, it's clean and that's about it.
Modern times, everything is there, without a heart. No window to the outside, very noisy air-conditioning.
A place to come, try to sleep and leave.

Convenient and budget accommodation. As mentioned here by other travelers, the room I had was just above a major bus stop and so was quite noisy. The hotel provides ear plugs which was appreciated. It is amazing how much they can cram into a small room, but I wouldn't want to do much cooking. The wifi is provided free but with a limit. Recommended based on price and was convenient to where I was going each day.

Great place, very central to the city. Awesome use of space including a queen bed, 2 burner stove, microwave and foxtel including the movie channels.

There are no windows or natural light, when booking with an agency there is no mention of the $15 per day parking fee. The rooms are very small, and there is no sound proofing. I have never been given ear plugs at a hotel before. Really disappointed with the advertisements compared to the reality of the place giving one star is generous.

3 of us in one room that was 'for 4 people' - found it was two double beds in the same room with no divider. We were also rather annoyed to find that the room had no windows at all.

You can hear a lot through the walls and floor, including the construction work that started at 8:15am one morning with a concrete drill (and 7:20am the next day with hammering and banging above us). Funnily enough, the work seemed to stop after 8:30am with no more noise - how wonderful.

Room was tidy, shame that all the basic kitchenware was seconds (cups and plates were warped and bent) but the central location was good and the beds were comfortable.

Whilst the room was cheap and cheerful. We were subjected to loud noise late at night from the street below. Management must be aware of this as they placed ear plugs beside our bed.Knowing of this noise we were still put in a unit on the street when there were many others not directly above the noise. We barely slept we would NOT stay again.

Pretty good place to stay. Bed was nice, room was tidy. Bathroom was good.
Only problem was the WiFi allowance of 500mb per day between 2 people doesn't allow much in the way of internet use.
Picture is a cool Mario my partner made on the baggage cage ;)

Staff members are very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The beds are quite comfortable, the kitchenette is quite stocked and their bathroom is well stocked and clean. Unfortunately their wardrobe is like a cage: although aesthetically pleasing if your cook anything the smell might catch on to your clothes. Their internet provider is also very frustrating, and the way they count your data usage is also very dubious. However, this is quite mitigated with the friendliness and willingness of the reception team to help you to have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The location is also very good: plenty of restaurant just outside of the building: McDonald's, Burger King, Abrakebabra, Punjabi Paratha, and best of them: Crepes a go go. A few meters away, you'll find the Saturday night market, and Cuba St. If you go a bit further you'll find several sushi places including Sushi Bi.

Very good customer service at the reception.

Keep in mind that it use to be student apartments in the past (completely renovated) so do not expect big rooms.
I was personally very happy with everything, the room was clean including the small kitchen and bathroom.
The bed mattress and sheets were impeccable.
A internet wifi voucher is given when checking in and SkyTv is available in the room.
The room also has an air conditioner and a heater which can be very useful in Wellington.

    Would recommend to anyone.

Room was a lot smaller than I expected, reminded me more or a university dorm/hostel. Price was reasonable ($120/night) but no housekeeping and additional services you would associate with a hotel. I had to go to the laundry room to use the 1 shared ironing board for the whole hotel. Soap dispensers in toilet and shower were hard to use. Not likely to come back again unless my budget is really tight. You get what you pay for.

Central city, clean and easy to use. Also well priced for a small studio with ensuite. Book early and ask for a car park, altho there is a Wilson behind.

A nice place to lay your head. Nothing fancy, which is just what you want when you're touring on a budget. You'll spend all your time out and seeing sights, so you'll come back late, collapse into a comfy bed, and wake up to an en-suite shower, minimal cooking facilities and go off to do it all again - RIGHT in the middle of the city. Ideal.

Stayed here in September 2015 for a night. Love the contemporary design of the hotel, everything is new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Stone throw away from shopping area, restaurants, convenient stores and tourist attractions. There's a night market just 2 minutes away from the hotel at Cuba Street.

However, staying lower floors could be pretty noisy at night. There was no cloth hangers in the room and there was no place to hang our clothes. It would be good if there is washing liquid in the kitchen for us to clean the plates and utensils after used.
