Not sure if I was lucky, but one evening I ordered a sirloin steak, with a perfect cut, tenderness, and juiciness. Perfectly cooked and served. Pork ribs are also good here. Seating is good, suitable for all types of crowds, including families with kids.

The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The rooms are tiny, the internet is spotty. We were checked into room 5 for 3 nights, during the third day I took a nap, and when I woke up I was covered in ants. I talked to the guys, we switched rooms to room 3more ants in the bathroom, and mildew or mold on the bathroom ceiling, too much to for sure say just mildew, and peeling paint in the room. The staff are incredibly friendly and try to be helpful, however a good chunk of the money being invested into the restaurant needs to be spent updating and maintaining the hotel. 2 stars only because the staff seemed happy to accomidate as they could, otherwise 1.

We spent 2 nights here and had a most enjoyable time. Admittedly the decor is a little tired but it is clean and everything we could have wanted was supplied, from an electric blanket and large room heater down to a selection of toiletries. The staff were, without exception, friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurant was out of this world! We would certainly stay here again.

Went there when about to be stuck in traffic. Good food, good beer, good service, great landlord. Even out our phones on charge for us while we were there. Highly recommend.
