Great room and location, nice amenities including a dishwasher, and laundry, except that it was only a "steam" dryer and you'd still need to hang clothes afterwards, if only for a short time.

Fantastic place to stay. Full self-service apartments, high quality fit out, super comfortable beds. Fantastic location for walking into the city, access to bars and restaurants etc.

I just got here, but seriously I can't give this place any less than five stars after the top notch customer service I just received; I don't think I've ever felt so welcome!
Baby friendly doesn't even begin to describe this someone from the hotel spotted us trying to figure out what to do after our taxi driver dumped us too far down the street with an overtired, poo-covered baby. She helped us up the road, grabbed a key for our room and took us straight up there. Front desk staff member was so friendly and sympathetic, and had me all sorted out within minutes. They had a cot ready to go for our baby and gave her a stuffed toy as a welcome gift. The room is perfect; modest, but with everything you need, and spotless. Loving it.response / report this review
