  Busy little place. Awesome snacks and tapas. Didn't have time to stay for a main course but will be going back very soon as the food was delicious. Lovely staff made everything easy.

  Coffee was only lukewarm and the 20 minute wait for our food was a bit extreme given they weren't overly busy

  Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a take away coffee. Coffee machine not staffed for most of that time. Paid for a scone which was served to another customer while we waited for our coffee. Overheard other orders being wrong/muddled. Food looked good but it wouldn't be worth the wait.

  Guys kids like pancakes and waffles. We can't come any more because you took waffles off the breakfast menu. We used to come every sunday for 2x big breakfasts and a waffles for the kids. Please reinstate. We are now at Surf Shack this minute having pancakes. Kids don't eat french toast.

  If my last meal was to be breakfast, I would be heading to The Porch cafe in Waihi Beach. My occasional favourite hot breakfast is toast, mushrooms, bacon and tomato. As mushrooms were not on the menu I settled for the hash browns expecting the usual frozen fare from the supermarket. What arrived at the table was a perfectly cooked potato rosti, with bacon and tomato to match. The coffee matched the meal, all in all a great start to the day. Hope to get back before my time is up.

  Under new management and doing a fine job : )
  There are a lot of choices for Vegetarians, Foodies and there's wine & beer too. The girls are chatty and cheerful. Great sunny spot. The Artists work is amazing on the walls and always great to see new pieces arriving. Tv & Fireplace for the winter too.
