We had an amazing dinner here during a trip to Tauranga, loved the pulled pork tacos, jalapenos rellenos, ceviche and some of the best churros we've tasted. Also enjoyed the jug of margarita, and the great atmosphere and good service.

This place is one of the gems. With its great food and dining atmosphere you will be hooked. It has a great courtyard and bar for drinks with friends. I would recommend booking a table because it fills up fast.

A good place for a party. The food is a bit mediocre but acceptable. The staff do well to keep the tables turning and the atmosphere is ideal for large group dining.

GREAT ATMOSPHERE! I eat here regularly both dine in and take out and you're always greeted with a warm smile followed by excellent food.

Very poor sound insulation = really loud environment.
Customer service was poor, many times we tried waving servers over but were ignored.
Food was okay, nothing to rave about. Moderate prices for mains.

When people ask for child friendly restaurants to go to in Tauranga I always recommend flying burrito brothers. The food is delicious and they have a great kids menu, bringing our corn chips and colouring in pens straight away to keep the kids occupied. The music playing means that no-one is bothered by loud toddlers and the booths are great for keeping them contained. It is also a great place to go for work drinks, girls nights etc with delicious mojitos and the best mocktails menu I have come across and there is often live music being played in the bar area. It is excellent for large groups and small groups alike. There are also some good options for vegetarians. Definitely one of my go to places.
