Lovely little cafe with a great atmosphere. Food was excellent, and very reasonably priced. Makes a change from bog standard pub food. Will definitely come back next time we're here!

Beautiful cafe with a great atmosphere and good variety of food options—from breakfast to sandwiches to rice/pasta dishes. Everything we got was delicious! Great place for kids too, they had a basket of toys and coloring books/colors. We really enjoyed it and would definitely come back!

Great, friendly service. Nice atmosphere but I was looking for a yummy breakfast, and the food was just OK. My flat white was bitter :(

Came here twice in our adventure and had a great experience. Note for Americans traveling to new Zealand though.. just avoid the milkshakes. They don't have much thickness to them and you are better off sticking to things new Zealand is known for, like a flat white or other coffees

Fine little Cafe. Servers were friendly. Stopped here on the way to Milford Fiords. Had a good cappuccino and an OK chai latte.
Decor is fun and friendly, has a play section for kids.

Friendly service and excellent food. Relaxed place with tables inside, some out front and yet more at the back, in a cosy courtyard. Had lunch before heading up Milford Highway, went again when we came back down, because we like it so much. If you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend their Caramel Banana roll.

This lamb shank deal of the day for two (at 27.50) was just the best dinner ever. Two generous portions of lamb on a bed of yummy mashed potatoes. The gravy was so great we asked for extra. We also had a great breakfast here for an extremely reasonable price (9.50) - fried eggs, bacon slices, cheese and two slices of multigrain bread! They also have plenty of options for the sweet toothed! Must visit when in Te Anau!

Great food and great menu. Nice selection of drinks too. Really nice staff, meal was fantastic, packed with flavour, good portion size too. Great value for money - would recommend this place for a decent meal.

We went here because our bus broke down on the way to Milford Sound and they dumped us in Te Anau while they figured out how to get us home. The cashier was absolutely lovely, saw that we were really put out, gave us a free coffee and recommended another company to book with for the next day. This is a cozy little cafe, but mostly I just wanted to express how wonderful this cashier was for us on Thursday. Thank you so much, you really turned our day around.
