Lovely pub meal. Full of people. Quite a vibrant feel for a pub.

The food and service is great here. Rated 4 stars because it is relatively expensive and the dinner menu doesn't have many options at all.

Generally welcoming place with reasonable selection of food though the desserts are uninspiring. Quiz night "2 sub-$20 meals for $25" is rather handy! Can be noisy and is popular at mealtimes. There is a handy area for gatherings of up to about 20 with a screen, too.

I come here regularly to watch Rugby. it has a great atmosphere and draws a good crowd for most games. Good food and friendly staff.

A great place for a drink or food. Normally busy after work during the week. A good spot for lunch too with a varied menu

Best place in wellington for breakfast. 3 dollar eggs who still does this. Coffee is also very good.

Pretty darn average tonight unfortunately. Failed miserably on the WOAP special. responded politely to the complaint but a disappointing evening.

Old school pub feel, but well laid out and not too noisy. Good food offerings. Enjoyed the WOAP burger offering this year.

Nice place. Black Scorpion is no joke. Truth in advertising when they call it "Wellington's Hottest Burger."

Quite authentic English-style pub located in the city centre. Rich dark wood everywhere, high stalls and long tables. Good for an after work drink, and to watch a bit of sport. Normally quite busy.

A great classic pub atmosphere, with beer at good prices. Their breakfast menu was particularly good value and quality.

A great watering hole in the city that has a promotional night every day of the week. The range of great beers is a plus and the staff are jabot to share their knowledge of the products. Very popular place for a few pints and a catch up with mates.
