  First time we were invited for some food it was very nice but they should not forget the coach drivers because they are getting there clients home safely

  The food was cold, getting a bottle of water was too much for the bar staff and crammed sooo many people in that it was uncomfortable to sit at the table.

  Stayed here on a business trip. Nice hotel and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable but would be good to have a fridge /water etc as additional room facilities. The bar and restaurant were closed while I was there so had to head back into Hamilton to get food. They also didn't put breakfast out on time one morning which was frustrating.
